Op dit moment is er een documentaire bezig over een jong trompettistje.
Echt zeer leuk om te zien!

Op dit Nederland 3, duurt nog tot 17.50uur.

Ik speelde laatst in Keulen met een trompettist van 16 die wel geweldig speelde inclusief solo's en sectiespel. Zijn Maynard Ferguson solo was ook niet mis !

Zijn trompetspel is inderdaad niet geweldig maar ook niet slecht. Hij kan wel onwijs goed zingen, kijk maar eens op www.chantz.com. Het is misschien een beetje showbizz achtig maar ik vind het wel leuk.

Tja, over smaak valt niet te twisten. Gelukkig had Louis Armstrong meer verstand van improviseren.
