Beste mensen Ik zag een paar maanden geleden op North Sea Jazz Christian Scott, een geweldige trompettist die speelt alsof zijn leven ervan af hangt. Ik zat vandaag weer nummers terug te luisteren van dat concert, ik vroeg me af hoe je die sound krijgt die hij heeft, komt dat door de vorm van zijn trompetten, ik doel dan op die whispering zoals ze dat noemen. En welke trompettisten lijken qua spel op hem of heeft hij een geheel eigen sounds? Ik weet niet zoveel van trompetmuziek vandaar mijn vraag. Groeten Oebele
